Use Growy to improve your social media. Don't abuse the service, don't scrape it, and don't use generated content to mislead. We can update these terms — we'll notify you when we do.

Growy is an AI-powered social media coaching tool. We analyze your public Instagram data, generate content suggestions, and provide strategic coaching via chat. Content generated is a starting point — you're responsible for reviewing and publishing.
You must provide a valid email to sign in. You're responsible for your account activity. Don't share access or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You own the content you create using Growy. We don't claim rights to your drafts, published posts, or chat history. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.
Don't use Growy to generate spam, misleading content, harassment, or content that violates Instagram's terms. Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. Don't redistribute generated content as a competing product.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features depend on third-party APIs (Anthropic, fal.ai) whose availability is outside our control. We're not liable for downtime or AI inaccuracies.
We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
